Research & Clinical Interests
Research Interests:

My applied research focuses primarily on the metabolic and cardiovascular implications of chronic kidney disease (CKD), and I am also interested in a broad range of nephrology related topics. Outside of nephrology, I have worked in such diverse therapeutic areas as oncology, cardiovascular disease, and emergency medicine. My main methodological research focuses on efficient design and analysis methods for biomarker substudies and methods for longitudinal data analysis, and in their application to studies of CKD biomarkers.
