UW Medicine offers inpatient renal services in the greater Seattle area
Nephrology specialists offer care with complex renal problems, diagnostic renal biopsy, acute hemodialysis and ultrafiltration, slow continuous dialysis and ultrafiltration, continuous arteriovenous hemofiltration (CAVH), CAVH-dialysis and CVVH.
Pheresis therapy is provided through the Dialysis Laboratory.
These include Plasmapheresis, Leukopheresis, Erytheropheresis,Thrombopheresis and Lipopheresis.
Transplant Program
Our Kidney and Kidney-Pancreas-Liver Transplant Service offers pre and postoperative programs.
These include pre-transplant evaluations, post-transplant care, Living Donor evaluations, and information about the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS).
Outpatient Clinics
Our Outpatient Services offer personalized care to a broad range of kidney patients. We provide renal clinics, kidney stone clinics, transplant follow-up care and dialysis support.
