UW has an amazing catchment of transplant patients who have their referrals here, multidisciplinary inpatient services like kidney-liver and kidney-heart, and is set in an amazing city! There is an extensive network of nephrologists in the Pacific Northwest and beyond who have trained here. I'm particularly looking forward to teaching conferences.
