Why UW
The University of Washington has everything I was looking for in a fellowship program: outstanding clinical training with diverse clinical exposures, a breadth of research opportunities with world-renowned scientists, and a program with a track record of graduating successful physician-scientists. While this can be found at some other institutions as well, what really makes UW shine is the people. After my interview day, I immediately knew I had found my people, and by coming to UW I'd be joining a supportive, enthusiastic, and bright group.
