Biography
With extensive experience as an ARNP in Orthopaedic Trauma and a strong clinical foundation built through years of medical-surgical nursing practice, Nichole brings a strong, patient-centered approach to complex care. After caring for patients through acute injuries and recovery, Nichole has transitioned into Transplant Nephrology to deepen her involvement in medical management and long-term patient outcomes. This shift reflects a passion for collaborative, multidisciplinary care and helping patients navigate complex chronic conditions with compassion, education, and evidence-based treatment.
