- US board-certified or US board-eligible for Nephrology.
- Eligible for medical licensure in the state of Washington.
- Hold one of the following Work Authorizations: U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or J-1 visa. We are unable to consider applicants requiring H-1B visa sponsorship.

Your application will be considered complete and will be reviewed upon receipt of the following:
- Application form
- Résumé/CV
- Three (3) references, one of which should come from your Nephrology Fellowship Program Director
- A statement of career plans
Candidates whose qualifications appear to be a good match for our program will receive an email invitation to participate in virtual or in-person interviews.
The Transplant Fellowship Program Director and additional Nephrology and Transplant Faculty will conduct interviews.
