Fellowship Eligibility
We offer unique fellowship opportunities, each with its eligibility requirements:
- Nephrology Fellowship - Clinical & Research
- Transplant Fellowship
The University of Washington is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer. We are strongly committed to increasing the number of underrepresented minorities entering careers in academic nephrology. To this end, we strongly encourage applications of minority candidates to our program.
Application process
Nephrology Fellowship
Applications will be accepted exclusively through AAMC's ERAS
Applicants must apply directly to our fellowship program, in addition to registering for the MATCH. Applicants must register with both NRMP and ERAS to participate in the services of each organization. More information can be found here: https://www.nrmp.org/fellowship-applicants/
We will begin reviewing applications in mid-July each year. Our recruitment sessions will be in September and October.
Applications are downloaded from AAMC's ERAS for open positions that will begin July of the following year (e.g. 2025 application review for a July 2026 start date).
